1. kinkycasey: It was once widely believed that every gentleman should have a Memento mori in his study to remind him of his own mortality. I like this notion not because of its religious underpinnings but because I don’t want to miss an experience I crave because of fear or pressure from the outside world. The truth is that one day we’ll all be dead and we should live our lives accordingly.
